Smoked Salmon Pasta
Chop the smoked salmon into small slices, about 1cm wide, and sprinkle on dill, chilli powder and olive oil. Sprinkle with dill, chilli and olive oil and leave to marinate - ideally overnight.
Cook the pasta in salt water. When tender, strain and then store back in pan and keep warm.
Melt butter over the pasta, and add on smoked salmon strips and marinade. Cover and leave to cook over a low heat for 2 - 3 minutes until the salmon if heated through.
Serve with grated parmesan and your favourite salad.
